DuBois Welcomes Back WPSU for 60th Episode of Our Town

Posted by Whitney on 04/26 at 03:32 PM

The Our Town production team conducted 27 interviews on Sunday, April 17th at the Winkler Gallery of Fine Arts in DuBois for the 60th installment of the Our Town series. DuBois welcomed us with open arms — keeping us well fed with food from Luigi’s Ristorante and donuts from Scotty’s Donuts. The artwork at the Winkler Gallery provided the perfect backdrop for some great stories about the area. We look forward to sharing the program with everyone when it premieres on WPSU on Thursday, June 9 at 8 p.m.

You’ll see stories about local businesses, history, schools, the volunteer fire department, churches, performing and visuals arts, and so much more. We cannot wait to put their stories together in the edit room. The folks we met in DuBois were so friendly! We look forward to celebrating with everyone on June 9th for the broadcast premiere and sharing in the pride they have for their hometown.
