Historic: celebration

Centre Region Parks and Recreation presents the 7th Annual Historic Harvest Festival at Millbrook Marsh Nature Center (614 Puddintown Road in College Township) on Sunday Nov. 8 from 2 – 5 P.M. Enjoy colonial-themed activities such as candle making and blacksmithing, visit the historic toy displays, take a nature walk, visit the “giant” rabbits and so much more. There will also be live entertainment by “18 Strings” and “The Kalob Griffen Band”. The festival is FREE and will take place rain, snow, or shine. Come out for a day of family fun and fantastic entertainment. This event has been planned and implemented by Penn State Recreation, Park and Tourism Management 356 students.
