Flag Day Celebration

6:00 pm

The State College Elks Lodge and local veterans organizations will sponsor a joint Flag Day Service and U.S. Flag Retirement Ceremony on the grounds of the 28th Infantry Division Shrine.  The public is encouraged to bring their unserviceable American flags for the proper disposal.
