The Chihara Trio will perform its New York debut recital March 25, 2010 in Weill Hall. The ensemble’s instrumentation represents three major areas of performance in the school of music (winds, strings, and piano). Other important contributions to this instrumental combination include compositions by Max Bruch, Jean Francaix, Libby Larsen, Alfred Uhl and Gordon Jacob.
