Classes/workshops: folk music

10 am workshop, 1pm concert

Get the family together and learn to play a mountain dulcimer.  It is ideal for beginners, children, and the person who always wanted to play an instrument but never thought they could.  Clark Parry and Lucinda Durkee of the Allegheny Mountain Dulcimer players are well known for their TLC in the key of D.  Bring your own dulcimer if you have one.,  Even till be held at the Park Amphitheater.  Dulcimers will be provided for all workshop participants.  Please pre-register by calling the park office at 814-723-0250 by Friday, August 21.  There is a $15 cash donation to cover the workshop, the concert is free.
