JUNE 14 – FLAG DAY CELEBRATION – The State College Elks and local veteran’s organizations will sponsor a joint Flag Day Service and US Flag Retirement Ceremony on the grounds of the 28th Infantry Division adjacent to the Pennsylvania Military Museum, Boalsburg, Centre County.  The public is encouraged to bring their unserviceable American flags for the proper disposal. Free Admission – 6:00 pm
