Freedom From Smoking is a 7-week, 8-session group smoking cessation initiative offered free of charge to adult Centre County residents. It is sponsored by the American Lung Association and Centre Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM). Sessions will be held at CVIM, 2520 Green Tech Drive, Suite D, State College, 6:00 - 7:30 pm.
