WHERE & WHEN:  Thursday, August 19, 2010 at the Galen and Nancy Dreibelbis Auditorium, Mount Nittany Medical Center, Entrance D, 1800 East Park Ave., State College, PA. Buffet dinner at 6:00 pm; Presentation at 6:30 pm. Fee: $100 physician; $15 PA, RN, LPN, or other.  Presentation by Lori J. Grove, MS, APRN, GCNS-BC, Director of Long Term Care Case Management & Medical Case Manager with Alliance Care Management, Williamsburg, Pa. The program will include information on ways to identify individuals or situations which could benefit from case management.  AMA PRA Category 1 credits and CNE credits may be available.
