John Seager, President, Population Connection, Inc. addresses the connections between human population growth (1 billion more every 12 years) and virtually every global challenge: poverty, climate change, species extinction, and political instability. He offers suggestions for meeting the challenge through voluntary approaches, such as greater empowerment of women worldwide.
