Guest Artist: Katherine Eberle, mezzo-soprano

Mezzo-soprano Katherine Eberle will present a one-woman show at Penn State University. She will perform “Pauline Viardot: Singer, Composer, Forgotten Muse,” on Tuesday, March 16 at 5:00 p.m. in Esber Recital Hall in Music Building I. The performance will be free and open to the public. Katherine Eberle is an active and versatile mezzo-soprano soloist. Concert credits include solo performances with the symphonies of Detroit, Lansing, and Saginaw (Michigan) and Atlanta, Macon, Rome, and Valdosta (Georgia). She has given over one hundred solo recitals as a guest artist in eighteen states as well as in Brazil, Canada, the Netherlands, Russia, St. John and St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.
