Penn States’ Innovation Park, a complex of 10 buildings, is conducting its third annual food drive during the week of October 25, 2010.  The purpose of each drive is to benefit a Centre County area food bank; the past two food drive recipients were the State College and Bellefonte food banks.  This year’s contributions will aid the Howard Food Bank.  A group of building representatives work cooperatively to conduct this week-long collection period in their respective building(s).  At the end of the week, volunteers from Howard Food Bank will pick up the donations.  The drive is a concerted effort by the Innovation Park community comprised of approximately 60 tenants.  Last year’s drive netted over 2,300 pounds.  Our goal this year is to surpass last years effort.
