The International Center for the Study of Terrorism is pleased to bring to you Dr. Michael Baranick, Senior Research Scientist for Modeling and Simulation Technology at the National Defense University (NDU).  He will be giving a talk entitled:  “Rebuilding Weak and Failed States: Challenges, Problems, andStrategies”.  Dr. Baranick earned his Ph.D. in Community Systems Planning and Development from The Pennsylvania State University.  The International Speaker Series is sponsored by The Pennsylvania State University Social Science Research Institute.
