Join the Juniata Clean Water Partnership during HAUNTingdon for its first-ever Glow-Float on the Juniata River. Bring your canoe, kayak or raft and PFDs and partake in the unique experience of floating a mile downriver after dark!

* $15 per person supports JCWP’s efforts for the protection and enhancement of the Juniata River Watershed
* $15 Canoe & Kayak rentals available on-site from Rothrock Outfitters
* Safety checkpoints along the river
* Shuttle service provided by Rothrock Outfitters
* Glow sticks and necklaces for sale on-site

Put-in at Portstown Park in Huntingdon, and float one mile to the VFW Baseball Fields on river-right. Then enjoy fellowship around the campfire at the Huntingdon County Historical Society!

If you aren’t into the adventure of paddling after dark, then we encourage you to line the 4th Street Bridge in costume to take pictures and cheer on the Glow-Floaters!
