Laid Off is a feature comedy about two recent college graduates who, upon being let-go from their corporate jobs, use their severance money to fund one last summer vacation.  When it finally becomes time to jump back into the real world, they come to realize that they must proactively seek happiness as neither a summer of partying nor a steady 9-5 job will bring contentment alone and that perhaps twenty-somethings don’t need to have it all figured out.
