National speaker and army chaplain for 23 years, Ryder Stevens will present a free talk titled “Peace and Reconciliation: A Spiritual Approach.”  Mr. Stevens will address how prayer is a practical, effective means of conquering fear and resolving conflict.  He’ll also discuss spiritual laws that everyone can rely on for unity and healing. In his work as an Army Chaplain, Mr. Stevens worked with military organizations of Sub-Sahara Africa and played a part in founding a Humanitarian/Peace Keeping Force for that region with religious considerations recognized as individual rights.
