Migration Morning Birdwalk
Environmental: interpretive
7:30am - 9:00am
This Wednesday is the last of our fall Migration Morning Bird Walks. Take a leisurely hike to see and hear the numerous bird species that are migrating to and through central Pennsylvania. Shaver’s Creek naturalists Doug Wentzel and Joshua Potter will help participants identify the songs, calls and field marks of species settling in for winter or moving on to warmer climates. Dress for the weather and the trails and come inquisitive! Binoculars and field guides are available to borrow. Migration Morning Bird Walks are FREE to the public, courtesy of our sponsor, Wiscoy for Animals. Visit our website for spring Migration Morning dates.
