The Penn State Institute for Sports Law, Policy, and Research will host Stanley Brand, who is a senior fellow with the institute and a faculty member at Penn State Law as well as the vice president for government relations for the National Association of Professional Baseball Clubs. Professor Brand will talk about baseball’s antitrust protection which, as he describes, “has served the public interest and the communities in which we play for almost nine decades.”
