Seminar, “Researching Patent and Trademark Information”

The seminar will be of interest to inventors, entrepreneurs, educators, students, and legal professionals. Experts from the Patent and Trademark Depository Library Program will discuss: -Overview of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets; -Conducting a patent search; -Invention promotion firms; asking the right questions; -Conducting a federal trademark search; plus -Videos of innovation and trademarks. This program is sponsored by the Physical and Mathematical Sciences Library. For more than 30 years, Penn State University Libraries have been an official depository library for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
