The College of Education presents The 5th Annual Cycle-Thon & 5K Run/Walk. This 13.5 mile bike ride (not race) is suitable for all ages and abilities! Don’t have a bike? You can participate in the 5K Fun Run/Walk. Both the ride and the 5K will start and end at Sunset Park in State College.

After the ride, there will be a picnic at the pavilion at Sunset Park. There will be bicycle demonstrations, prizes and awards, as well as kids games and activities. Participants may either bring a picnic lunch or pre-purchase a boxed lunch from Honey Baked Ham during the registration process.

All proceeds benefit SCOPE - a program designed to provide disadvantaged high school students with a rigorous summer residential program providing academic enrichment and college preparation opportunities.
