Women Who Care Kickoff Event

Women Who Care is a non-profit organization created by women for women.  Our fund raising will be use for grants for other non-profits that benefit women and families.  This dessert fondue event will discuss details about the group and enlist founding members.  All women in the Elk County and surrounding area are welcome.
