World Tai Chi & Qigong Day in Central PA

TaiChiTeacher.org will be hosting an all-day free event for World Tai Chi and Qigong Day at Talleyrand Park in Bellefonte Pa.  Come for all or part of the day learn and practice Tai Chi and Qigong and have lunch with the other Tai Chi Players.
All levels of experience, age, and physical ability are welcome.  If you have never seen Tai Chi or Qigong before please come to learn more about these arts.  Tai Chi Players come and share your experience.
