What a fun weekend to look for music reflecting birthdays of some of favorite Folk Show artists: Doc Watson, Ralph Stanley, The Man In Black. And a personal favorite, Bonnie Hearne. To quote Nanci Griffith from the dedication of her album Other Voices, Other Rooms: “This album is also dedicated to Bill and Bonnie Hearne, who play the best darn folk music I ever heard.” Yes indeed!
