Found a cool app in the iTunes App Store called “public radio tuner” from the great folks at American Public Media…  this will let you stream the WPSU / WPSU2 web feeds right to your iPhone!

To install, go to the App Store…

Search for ‘public radio tuner’
Download/install (need iTunes login to do that)
Go into your iPhone settings
General | make sure Location Services is turned on
go back to the installed Public Radio Tuner app
hit the Local button along the bottom
let it find WPSU and off you go!

(You could actually do steps 3 and 4 first, if you wanted, it doesn’t matter.  You can shut Location Services off after that if you find WPSU in the directory, WPSU will be in the “main” list of stations to choose from, or you can “favorite it”. Keeping Location Services off will save battery life for you _big time_, so the less it’s on, the more time you can spend streaming WPSU!
