On my last show, I had a few requests that I just couldn’t get to.  Stay tuned!  I’ll catch up.

For the Daveid Massengill Fan, you will hear the requested “Talking Dave Van Ronk Blues.”

I also had a request for something frm Jorma Kaukonen’s lastest CD.  Finally got a chance to take a listen.  Some good stuff there.  I remember Roy Bookbinder talking about how happy he was that Jorma was recording his “Another Man Done A Full Go Round.”  If you haven’t heard it, you will on Saturday.

I will also be playing some “hot” acoustic guitar cuts from Robert Bowlin, David Grier, John McEuen and Tommy Emmanuel.

.....Peter Mulvey, Sometymes Why, The Infamous String Dusters, David Bromberg, Guy Davis, Caroline hering, Michael Doucet and much, much more.

Tune in!!!

Art, the Talking Dave Ronk Blues by Massengill is a favorite of mine—really captures DV Ronk.  Such a captivating performer,  in spite of a voice no singer would wish for!  His last performance captured in DC at a House of Musical Traditions is just amazing.  The only sign of his impending death is the labored breathing between verses, otherwise the recording is a testament to strength of his life.

And the rest of your show was lots of fun to hear.  Linda and I were preparing and eating dinner to your sound track.
