Continue reading for a seasonal salsa recipe from Steve Spanelli of Tait Farm.
Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 heirloom tomato, diced
1-2 chili peppers, minced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Parsley, basil, dill, or cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Serve cold.
