Greetings,
I thought the article was well thought out and well written. If I had to critisize it , I would only mention the casual nature of the comment, waking up and seeing a stranger in your home.
There is a delicate balance between any town with a large contingent of temporary residents. I saw this while I was in the Military.
Richard Coleman has presented that delicate balance, in a mature and and concise way.
