There is no way that I can think of that these students could be drinking this much, partying this much and actually study and receive a legitimate college diploma. Thus, I think the University is hugely at fault for all of this…by having low standards, giving un earned diplomas, letting students take six years to get those pretend dipolmas and generally allow student schedules which allows for this kind of debaucery.
