Wine Festival & Celebration

Second Annual WPSU Wine Festival & Celebration Sunday, September 19, 2010, 1-5 p.m.

A wine tasting experience to benefit WPSU.

This year’s WPSU Wine Festival & Celebration will showcase more wineries and more wines, offer on-site shopping, and provide an opportunity for a guided tasting. (Find out who’s pouring.)

Doors open at 1 p.m. to this WPSU benefit event. Sample over 200 wines from around the world and purchase your favorites at the on-site PA Wine & Spirits store. A selection of unique and premium wines, wine accessories, and art will also be offered in live and silent auctions throughout the afternoon.

Also new this year, Philadelphia’s high profile sommelier, Marnie Old, will present a 45-minute seminar revealing the secrets and simple science of wine pairings. Marnie will also be available to sign copies of her new book, Wine Secrets, a collection of wine advice from 40 leading experts.
