Dave, I can't help but notice the contrast between the Young kid in ROTC and the actual Veterans that had returned from the war. I know that tomorrow is Veterans day and I can't help but think that stories/videos like yours are trying to be drowned out with the release of that new video game that I can't click a link without hearing about (it's probably the new Halo). Keep it up though. I tweeted it on twitter for you with a #VeteransDay tag. My small gesture is nothing in comparison to what Veterans like you go though during and after a tour of duty; thank you for stepping way outside your comfort zone for all of us here in the US.

MEET DAVE
I joined the Army in January of 2002, a very short time after September 11th. As I look back, 9/11 was only a small part of why I decided to join the military.
I enlisted as a 12B (combat demolition engineer) and spent the majority of my military career as an Assassin.
I was deployed to Iraq during 2003 and 2004 and migrated back to school in 2005. I am graduating with a degree in biochemistry.
My motto is: Life is an adventure, not a guided tour.
