Gov. Shapiro backs congressional Democrats’ budget fight over Obamacare subsidies
Gov. Josh Shapiro on Friday morning backed congressional Democrats’ strategy to withhold voting for any federal budget deal that doesn’t include an extension of Obamacare subsidies slated to expire this year.
