Eagles Mere Toboggan Slide
When the winter conditions are right in Eagles Mere, the local volunteer fire company builds a toboggan slide that travels down Lake Avenue and ends on the frozen ice of Eagles Mere Lake. This year marks the first time in 11 years that the lake was frozen enough to open the slide.
