Leading this year’s immersive epicurean journey is Executive Chef Mirko Loeffler of the Nittany Lion Inn. Mirko is an expert on the art of culinary design and draws on more than 40-plus years in the hospitality industry. Raised in Germany, he received his culinary education at the Hotel Fach School. He then went on to work in acclaimed four and five-star restaurants throughout Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Monte Carlo, the Caribbean, China, and the United States.
