WHYY board approves path forward for WPSU

On Oct. 23, the WHYY Board of Directors unanimously approved the acquisition of WPSU. This follows an Oct. 13 vote by the Penn State Board of Trustees approving the plan, which opened a 30-day exclusivity window.
