Geese Flock Together

Around Lewistown, a happy Juniata Valley tradition includes a public art project featuring 5-foot tall Geese! Not only do artists from around Mifflin County adorn the fiberglass sculptures with paintings referencing the local culture—from landscapes to marching band uniforms—but the art project brings in foot traffic from around the area, giving local businesses a nice community-centered boost!
