This episode of World Kitchen will move outside as Tamra and Alex invite you to a Persian Barbecue! We’ll be making Jujeh Kabobs (chicken), Veggie Kabobs, and Khoobideh (ground beef kabobs). We’ll also make a couple of simple Persian salads and a yogurt-based mint drink (trust me, it’s delicious)! And finally, we’ll show you another type of rice with the crunchy “tadigh” crust.
