Special Edition with Shawn Carter

Chef Shawn Carter

Shawn’s blended heritage of Lebanese, Italian, and African American, combined with his travels to England, Italy, Argentina, Mexico, and across the U.S. shaped his belief that food brings people together.

Shawn is a Pennsylvania native and Penn State alumnus. Although he was born in New Castle, PA he has lived in State College for more than two decades and has been cooking since he was 15.

Shawn tells stories and demonstrates his delicious version of Shrimp and Grits.
