It’s no secret that, with the holiday season and the frigid temperatures, it can be a challenge to maintain a healthy diet during the winter months.

About the Guests

Kathleen Keller is an associate professor with the department of nutritional sciences at Penn State’s College of Agricultural Sciences. Her work focuses on leveraging the food industry to improve child nutrition.

Dr. Virginia Wray is a bariatric medicine specialist at Mount Nittany Physician Group. She specializes in obesity medicine and nutrition support.
