American Pumpkin Roll and Cake Roulette
The November episode of World Kitchen will feature WPSU’s event coordinator, Tamra Fatemi, who will (virtually) welcome guests into her kitchen to make a traditional American Pumpkin Roll for their fall holiday meals.
She will also demonstrate a variation on the “rolled cake” in the Persian Cake Roulette, which is a simple white cake recipe filled and covered with homemade whipped cream, which makes a delicious and fluffy winter dessert.
