World Kitchen host Tamra Fatemi-Badi welcomes Dragan Koruga into the World Kitchen to share his recipe for the traditional Croatian dishes “Bakalar na mornarski” (Codfish a la Mariner) and “Fritule” (small round donuts).

About the Guest Chef

Dragan Koruga was born in Zagreb, Croatia, where he studied English and Comparative Literature and worked as a translator and an interior designer. In 2021, he moved to Luxembourg, where he works as a proofreader & editor for the European Parliament. Earlier this year, Dragan took a sabbatical and moved to State College, Pennsylvania to accompany his wife, who is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at Penn State University. Dragan loves literature, arts, and history.
