Guest chef Dr. Duyen Le – together with her colleague, Hang Nguyen – demonstrates Cha Nem/Cha Gio (Vietnamese Fried Spring rolls), one of the most typical/traditional dishes in Vietnam.

Dr. Duyen Le is a lecturer of English at University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University (VNU). Besides, she is the program director at VietTESOL Association. She is also one of the twenty innovation ambassadors of VNU-VIBE (Vietnam Ireland Bilateral Education Exchange) program. She wishes to learn more about innovation in education and improve her network in the field of TESOL. During her Humphrey Fellowship at Penn State University, apart from professional development goals, she also wants to experience US diverse cultures and spread Vietnamese cultural features to international friends.
