WPSU welcomes guest chef Hang Nguyen, a visiting Fulbright Scholar from Vietnam, for our free hands-on online cooking class featuring traditional Vietnamese Pho.
Dr. Hang Nguyen is a lecturer in TESOL at the University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS), Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) and a visiting Fulbright Scholar in the College of Education at Penn State. Her research interests focus on the fields of international education, TESOL, teacher professional development, and initial teacher education.
